Is parking available?

Street parking is available along Center Street. To unload, guests may park directly in front of 22 East Center, (the curb is painted red) turn on emergency flashers & take luggage to their suites.

Is there an Elevator?

Elevator access is available upon request. If needed, please call, text or email so we can make sure an elevator key is available when you arrive.

Do you have wifi?

Yes! Additional info will be provided at check-in.

What Time is Check-In & Check-Out?

Standard Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. & Standard Check-Out 11:00 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate guest requests for reasonable early/late Check-In/Check-Out.

Are Extra Beds or Cots Available?

Rollaway Beds (Twin/Cot Size) are available upon request at no additional cost.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Can I rent/reserve a suite over the phone?

Guests may call or text 435-363-9944 to inquire about availability & to make a reservation.

Are events or small gatherings Allowed?

The Flats have been used for a variety of events & intimate gatherings including receptions, art gallery viewings, open house events, bridal photo shoots, and much more. We would be happy to work out details with you via call or text 435-363-9944.
