Is parking available?

Free Street parking is available along Center Street, and a parking pass is provided in the room for overnight parking from November-March. To unload, guests may park directly in front of 22 East Center, (the curb is painted red) turn on emergency flashers & take luggage to their suites. Parking at Center Street Grill is PROHIBITED and is promptly enforced. Parking Map

Is there an Elevator?

Elevator access for the North or South Flat is available upon request. If needed, please call, text or email so we can make sure an elevator key is available when you arrive. Please note: Elevator access is currently not available to the Lower Flat at this time.

Do you have wifi?

Yes! Additional info will be provided at check-in.

What Time is Check-In & Check-Out?

Standard Check-In Time is 4:00 PM & Standard Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out time may be accommodated if requested 24 hours before the check-in date and a fee may be assessed. We can not guarantee early check-in or late check-out requested the day of but will do our best.

Are Extra Beds or Cots Available?

Rollaway Beds (Twin/Cot Size) are available upon request for $15/per rollaway.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 5 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund, minus a 5% credit card fee. Any cancellation made 5 days or less before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation.

No fee is incurred if the reservation is transferred within a 6 month time period.

Can I rent/reserve a suite over the phone?

Guests may call or text 435-363-9944 to inquire about availability & to make a reservation.

Are events or small gatherings Allowed?

The Flats have been used for a variety of events & intimate gatherings including receptions, art gallery viewings, open house events, bridal photoshoots, and much more. We would be happy to work out details with you via call or text at 435-363-9944.

How do I Find my Room?

The Flats are located at 22 E Center Street, Logan UT. As you approach the building, the Lower Flat is located down a few steps outside the main entrance. LF Tour. The North & South Flats are located up the stairs past the front floral shop, Meraki. NF & SF Tour.

Disclaimer

As we are obviously a very urban property, your stay may come with some city noises. The garbage truck comes once a week, there is traffic rushing nearby, both a hair salon and plant nursery in the building, and these are all things we cannot change. We appreciate your understanding of circumstances, and your choice to stay at the Flats.
